quite some time. - 11:47 PM
my first g12 conference has been an eye opening one. what i thought it'll be like and what it actually was was totally different, in a good way that is.
tuition has been OK i would say. its always like i wake up at 10 and hapilly go about doing what i need to do. by 2pm i'm dreading the clock to reach 6 where i have to drag my ass off to take 147 [which always seems to arrive at a time which would require me to do the 100m dash]. but at 830pm its like YIPEE! tuition's over and it wasn't that bad. why was i dreading it so badly? haha..
i'm still starting to get used to window's vista. the graphics are nice and all, its just the compatability problem which realy sucks. first of all, i couldn't connect to the internet coz the software couldn't support vista. but we changed to wireless so it's solved. secondly, Firefox's acting all weird and i have to use IE. and den the scaner can't be used coz AGAIN the software doesnt' support vista, and the website doesn't give any additional info. iTunes 7.1.1 does support vista, its just that they say there are still minor problems which are being rectified for the time being. vlc media player won't work, so i can't watch my drama seriels [eg: Grey's!] so i guess xp is still best for the time being. luckily my desktop is still working, albeit at snails pace.
so i didn't have any tuition today, and tmr too! though today was spent helping my sis load software into her new laptop [her old one spoilt. sigh..] and stuff, which burned my whole free day.
oh well i think i've done loads of complaining.
ciao.
